Individuals can sign-up for the assessment online. Corporate groups can register by submitting an online form that allows us to use your specific information to customize an assessment portal for your group. We will provide you with instructions that detail the entire process, a master set of instructions for you to distribute to your evaluator audiences, and a web site URL that allows you to monitor survey progress.
	We’ll provide you with a custom invitation to use when inviting survey participants. The invitation will contain all the information the participants will need to access and complete your survey.
	You will have online access to current assessment data so you can monitor progress and view your data in real-time.
	At the conclusion of the survey we’ll prepare your feedback reports and provide you with a master copy of the Guide to Understanding Your AQ360° Results. For corporate groups, we also provide a facilitator’s version of this guide and a PowerPoint presentation, which may be used for 60-90 minute development workshops when delivering AQ360° feedback to subjects. Additionally, so you can fully utilize the data obtained, our consultants will be available to help you create Individual Development Plans to put your survey results into practice.
